LUSH: Lip Scrub

This review is on the Lip Scrubs that I have tried from LUSH which are, Mint Julips and Bubblegum.
They also have a Popcorn, Sweet Lips, and Santa's Lip scrubs that I've seen. I have to try those. The Santa's one kinda creeps me out with that name. Apparently is tastes like cola but meh. Basically you just scrub your sins away on your lips and you lick it off. I mean you can or you can just wash it off. It exfoliates the lips and gets rid of any dry skin.

Bubblegum tastes exactly like...you guessed it, bubblegum. Not much else to say. This was the first lip scrub I had used from LUSH. When I first went to buy it and it was completely sold out. It was the real reason I bought the gift pack for myself back in the day. It was well worth the purchase.

Mint Julips tastes exactly like york mint patties or junior mints. It's good for feeling a minty tingle.

I highly recommend either of these scrubs. It really depends which flavor you're in the mood for as in choosing between the two. I don't favor one over the other.

LUSH: Sweetie Pie

This is the only LUSH product I really do not care for and I own two pots. I bought myself a gift pack last year and there was one in the Sweet Christmas package I received for Xmas.

The product itself is kind of awkward in my opinion. Although I know some other girls that are fans. It's basically a weird jell-o like soap that's filled with glitter. It smells like cherry cough medicine which I think if my real problem with this product. It's a very potent smell.

The Good To Know on the jar says "Invented for LUSH's 10th birthday because all the best parties have jelly. Reminds me of Weekend at Bernie's 2 where they say, "There's always room for jell-o".

This particular LUSH product was made by Luis B1. It's not you Luis, it's me. I'm not a fan.

I give this product a 5 out of 10.

LUSH: Magic Wand

I recently received an amazing LUSH gift package from my boyfriend for Christmas. I will be reviewing each item from the Sweet Christmas package. Merle pictured but sold separately.

First up is the Magic Wand not to be confused with the sex toy or some mystical wizard device.

If you've ever tried the Snow Fairy shower gel that LUSH carries. This is the same fragrance as that but in solid form. If you haven't you're missing out. This bar smells like straight up cotton candy and who doesn't want to smell that sweet.

It definitely doesn't create as many bubbles as the other bubble bombs or bars I've used in the past but that's not such a horrible thing. The smell makes up for it. It will turn your water a very pretty light pink color.

In the store it says you can use it to up to three baths but mine is going on it's fourth. After that it's just going to be a popsicle stick with a bell on it.

I highly recommend buying this bubble bar but it is only a seasonal holiday item so better luck next year I guess.

I give it a 8 out of 10.
